We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including;



·       Responding to emails and phone calls from customers.

·       To handle and assist leads requirements

·       Scheduling meetings for presentation online and site visit

·       Create content to post on the company’s social media channels.

·       To assist client on the field

·       Coordination between the buyer and seller / landlord or tenants

·       To make sure all date is being encoded in the system

·       Perform market research

·       Make cold calls to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet.

·       Prepare presentations according to instructions given


o   Male/female

o   Age between 24to 35

o   Graduate

o   Ambitious/Hardworking/loyal

o   Honest, Dedicated, Committed

o   With laptop and wifi @ home

o   Computer savvy

o   With at least 2 yrs job experience in sales/customer care/call center

o   Strong Internet connection and private too is required.

o   Should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

o   Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role

o   Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office

o   Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

o   Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

o   Excellent in organizational and time management skills

o   Should be able to deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

o   Can start immediately

Employment status: 6 mos probation 1 yr contract

Salary: 15,000 to 25,000/- plus incentives

Option:  Work from their home

              Work from Company Accommodation

Days: Monday to Saturday

Time: 8 am to 6 pm
