-Provide technical support over the phone, email, and/or onsite
-Receiving and creating tickets.
-Supervise ticketing system and follow the timely resolution of all work orders.
-First level of technical support
-Open to Fresh Graduates and With Experience
-Must have a background in Ticketing systems or Ticket Management
-Good communication skills
-Amenable to work on shifting schedules
-Willing to work Onsite in BGC
-Willing to work in a Project Based Set-Up 6-12 months renewable every year
