-Must be willing to work Onsite in Quezon City and on shifting schedule schedules.
-Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
-Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
-Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with organization's service standards.
-Receives and/or places telephone calls which require deviations from standard screen, scripts and procedures.
-Answers customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to technical/service areas.
-Maintain detailed current knowledge of the company's assigned client products and services.-Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, when applicable.
-Requires the ability to navigate data entry system and applications.
