Job description

  • Provides support on the development of project proposals, employ data gathering techniques and analysis in order to present proposed solutions to existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepares bidding and supporting documents for physical submission to the clients based on their requirements and post these documents on their online portal site to complete the transaction on or before the deadline set by the client.
  • Conducts telephone follow ups with clients on the status of the proposal and/or bidding submitted by the company on their requirements.
  • Accurately completes all client contract paperwork and process client transactions such as orders and quotes in timely fashion.
  • Monitors and coordinates with the client on their concerns in the implementation and installation of the product as well as the progress of the project to meet the timelines of the client.
  • Assists in the generation of new client who may require or products and services as well as clients who may require our company’s expertise in providing solutions to their requirements.
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships and develop additional opportunities within those assigned accounts by providing them with updates on the company’s new products and services for their future requirements.
  • Coordinates with foreign suppliers, both foreign and local, on product orders as well as preparation of product sample for client presentation and viewing.
  • Ensures that products and services are carefully priced to maintain the profitability margin of the organization to meet the annual sales target.
  • Researches the industry competitors’ prices of similar products and services which the company carries to ensure that our pricing are at par or better than our competitors.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Electrical or Electronics and Communications Engineering or BSBA Marketing course
  • With related work experience of at least 1 year in the same industry
  • Candidate must have experience in developing new sales opportunities for our industry clients, formulating solutions for sales proposal and closing large sales contracts
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills.
  • Excellent in using MS Excel (Formulating)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive sales culture
  • With Pleasing personality
  • With Valid Driver's License
