Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Basic accounting entries

  • To perform billing for various quarries.

  • Should be able to use MYOB accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Excel, as each quarry has its own template for billing.

  • Perform filling and general administrative tasks . e.g. Calling drivers to submit urgent Delivery Orders that are required by the quarries.

  • Set up relevant schedules and listings

  • Data entry using accounting system

Requirements:

  • 1 year working experience

  • Knowledge to operate accounting system MYOB and Microsoft excel

  • Ability to converse in English and Malay.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Flexibility to the potential candidate to work from home
