Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing detailed feasibility studies for potential acquisitions and/or developments through financial feasibility, cash flow modeling, and assessing the impact on existing portfolios
  • Performing relevant due diligence on potential Australian property acquisitions (including but not limited to examination of Title, Leases, and analysis of financial impact)
  • Formulating financial models outlining funding requirements
  • Ability to identify and quantify risks of potential acquisitions and/or developments
  • Assist in coordinating external property valuations
  • Assist in liaising with our relevant professionals as required
  • Collation of property data statistics including market research on all property sectors


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Tertiary Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • A demonstrated understanding of commercial property and intermediate technical knowledge
  • High attention to detail to achieve accuracy
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • A strong work ethic
  • Excellent English-language communication skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
