Customer Service Representative

If you are looking to break into the call center industry or are looking to get back in with your experience please consider applying with us.

We are on the lookout for those with 6 months to 1 year of Customer Facing Experience. These can range from Fast Food Cashiers, Department Store Clerks, Front-Desk Receptionists, Tellers or any work that involves face to face interaction and servicing of customers. Candidates are required to prove this with a Certificate of Employment.

But we are also on the look out for people with at least 6 months of International Call Center Experience. The account does not matter, they can work Travel, Telco, Technical Support, Retail, Customer Support or any of these categories. So long as the individual has experience working a voice account then you have a good chance at getting the job.

But we are on the lookout for those with excellent communication and people skills. They must be able to listen to customer issues and know how to process them. They must be great talkers able to be approachable and courteous to our customers. They have to be great team players able to work well with fellow agents to help achieve goals.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of International Call Center Experience
• Or Must have at 6 months to 1 year of Customer Facing Experience (ex. Clerk, Cashier, Front-Desk etc.)
• Must have a Certificate of Employment
