Position : Customer Relationship Executive

Working Hours : 9hrs per day (Rotate Shift)

Working Day : 5 days working days after 3 months probation (2 days off on weekdays)

Company Background: Chinese Education Center


Job Description :

  • Handle Customer Services functions such as:
  • Provide course consultation to prospective customers
  • Convert customers’ enquiries into actual enrolments
  • Support existing customers on admin and curriculum matters
  • Support centre teachers on admin and curriculum matters
  • Review and improve in customers' service quality and satisfaction
  • Work with Marketing team on data collection and analytics
  • Liaise with teachers and parents pertaining to feedbacks / students' progress
  • Handle Operational duties


Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma / Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experienced with Customer Service industry before be more advantage
  • More prefer interpersonal communication, Customer Engagement, Pre/Post Sales
  • Good Interpersonal skills & Team Player
  • Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin (Both write & spoke)
