Front Desk Receptionist- Property Company – 5 headcounts
Location: Kuala Lumpur/Genting Highlands/Melaka/Shah Alam
Salary: RM2,000 to RM2,500 (full time)
Hours: 9 hours a day inclusive of 1 hour break; 6 days a week (off-day on weekday) & shift rotation (included free hostel)
Age: 18-35 years old
Job Requirements:
· Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
· Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
· Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
· Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
· Inform clients about new services and discounts
· Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)
· Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
· Manage our call center
· Maintain a tidy reception area
Job Requirements:
· At least SPM or Diploma
· Have strong writing and oral communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
· With or without experience
