Job Description

  • Ensure end to end recruitment processes are properly initiated.
  • Proper and complete documentations and deployment processes are being met based on deadlines.
  • Ensure recruitment criteria conform to standards of professionals/statistical testing.
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies to meet the human resources needs of an organization.
  • Verify references and conduct background checks on job candidates.
  • Provide applicants with information regarding compensation, job benefits and working conditions.
  • Use human resource management software to prepare and maintain records of employee hiring, promotion, transfer or termination.
  • Explain human resource policies, standard and procedures to employees to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct interviews and review applications to match candidates with job requirements.
  • Carry our search for choice candidates by using the services of recruiting agencies and networking or internet resources interview exiting employees and process the paperwork for employment termination.


  1. Human Resource or Psychology Graduate
  2. Have at least 1 year experience
  3. Knowledgeable in labor laws
