  • Responsible for providing technical support and assistance. They interact with customers by phone or in-person to resolve their computer problems related to software and hardware issues to help them get back up running smoothly again.
  • ITIL/ Ticketing tools

  • US - Graveyard - UK Mid shift

Qualifications

  • College Graduate
  • 1 year Experience Technical Support Representatives
  • Advantage for Help Desk/Service Desk
  • Work On site in BGC Taguig

Salary Package

  • Ranges from 20k up to 45k pesos
