About The Role
We're looking for a Shopify Digital Marketing Specialist who is a solid team player who can work collaboratively directly with our US client. This role will directly support our US client, who has opened up his own Shopify consultancy firm. His business advises Shopify sellers to enhance their Shopify store to be more user-friendly, improve user experience, and develop digital marketing strategies to increase sales. He needs an experienced graphic designer who
understands web design and UX/UI to help him keep up with his portfolio of clients.

What you'll be doing
Planning, executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across all major platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
Manage the results of Facebook ad accounts, taking extreme ownership of results and account MoM growth.
Speak to clients on 3-4 weekly calls managing their expectations and bringing oxygen to each call with valuable insight & strategy.
Visualizing data in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Ads Reporting, and creating your spreadsheets to find deltas and performance drop-offs.
Update and inform the creative & copy team on what's working and not working in the ad accounts; being a team player adds momentum to all departments' success.
Identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to execute on client accounts. Get creative with new strategies that work through problems in ad accounts, never staying stagnant
Having a robot-like high attention-to-detail mindset, hardly ever making mistakes like wrong budgets, bids, or landing pages.
This is not a position for you if you want to get taught all that is stated above. Yes, you will learn so much from our other talents - but 3+ years of 'real-world experience' is what we're looking for here.
Assist with end-to-end email and SMS marketing, from creative ideation and audience segmentation to reporting and analytics.
Works with our US client to build and maintain the promotional email & SMS marketing calendar.
Own all transactional and marketing lifecycle campaigns across email and text
Develop and execute the strategy and technical implementation of campaigns and flows from start to finish
Carry out A/B testing, analyze ongoing campaign performances, and identify opportunities for improvement
Analyzes and reports on specific campaigns, objectives, results, and KPIs to highlight success, trends, and opportunities.
Segments lists based on user behaviors to ensure the best user experience
Maintains best practices for email and SMS list hygiene to ensure deliverability is always high
3+ years of paid Facebook ads experience
Have scaled an e-commerce brand's
Basic understanding of Shopify (You can work your way around it)
Well - Versed in Google Analytics
Knowledgeable with Google Tag Manager (we have a dev for this, but in today's world, it's essential for your position to understand this)
Strong knowledge of Google Ads
Strong understanding of branding & advertising
3+ years of experience managing email marketing campaigns
Must have proficiency in Klaviyo and Shopify
Experience in optimizing and testing across both email/SMS campaigns and flows
Experience in creating and appropriately leveraging customer segmentation
Ability to analyze and report on campaign results and provide actionable optimization recommendations
Excellent understanding of email marketing metrics and email regulations
Comfortable copywriting with excellent grammatical and editorial abilities
