Act as the point-of-contact for certain vendors or representatives of external partners.
Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
Perform minor accounting duties and handle booking tasks.
Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Complete special projects, including creating presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports.
Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs.
Maintain accurate records and paper/electronic filing systems.
Develop, recommend, implement, and drive initiatives to enhance office operations.
Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time.
