We are looking for a enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Property Management VA to join our team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • General administration tasks such as appointment scheduling, invoice auditing, etc.
  • Assisting property management department
  • Social media marketing through LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Cold calling and appointment setting 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the role

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience as Virtual Assistant.
  • Preferably with experience in Property Management/Real Estate.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn and Facebook marketing.
  • Familiar with CRM software
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Very good customer service skills and can work independently
  • Can start immediately

  • Permanent Work from home Opportunity
