Now we are looking for the candidate to fill up the position of Mandarin Translator with requirements:”

Responsibilties

Helping the user in communicating both orally and in writing consisting of documents both from Indonesian to Mandarin or from Mandarin to Indonesian and Indonesian to English and vice versa (according to user needs).

1. Ensuring that there are no communication constraints due to language difference
2. Accompany foreign employee and Company’s management to give interpretation in meetings, conferences, etc;
3. Seek and cooperate with third parties in the production of documents for foreign workers.
4. Coordinate with third parties in resolving office needs
5. Performing other administrative works
6. Support Business Operation
7. Support to HR related Work if needed.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by Supervisor and deal with various emergency affairs

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess "Bachelor Degree" from University in any major. Graduated from University abroad is preferred
2. Active in writing and speaking ability both in Mandarin and English language
3. Mandatory skills: Mandarin and English translation (advance level skill of both languages is needed), Direct Interpreting in Mandarin and English (for meeting and presentation), Correspondence (able to write formal letter format in English and Mandarin), Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet)\
4. At least has 2 years of working experience, has experience working in P2P Lending Industries is more preferable\Hard worker, persistent, open minded, flexible, and team player
