· Graduate of any of the following courses: BS Food Technology, BS Microbiology, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry, or any related Science course
· With at least 3 years of work experience in quality assurance functions specifically in laboratory analysis, preferably in the baking industry and/or food industry
· With knowledge and good understanding on or have attended/received ISO Food Safety (cGMP,HACCP,Codex,SOP,SSOP), Halal Assurance
· Knowledgeable in good laboratory practices
· Should have the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel
· Must be flexible in time schedules and can handle work pressure
· Must be willing to be assigned in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu
Working Schedule: Shifting; 8-12 hours / day; 6 days / week
Working Set-up: Work Onsite
