The Paralegal shall:

1. Provide support to the Legal Manager, such as but not limited to, preparation and collation of documents and other requirements that need to be submitted with other companies or government agencies like PAGCOR, SEC, IPO, AMLC NPC, etc.

2. Keep a log of all documents received and sent out.

3. Encode, update and maintain the information in the database of the Legal and Compliance Department pertaining to documents, licenses, permits, certificates, etc. of all the companies being handled by the Legal and Compliance Department.

4. Maintain and keep safe and in order all hard copies of contracts and documents in the custody of the Legal and Compliance Department.

5. Do research work relating to regulations, documentation, requirements of government agencies we deal with or any matter or issue that needs to be addressed by the Legal Manager

6. Liaise, coordinate, transact and build good relationships with the different government agencies we deal with.

7. Know and learn the processes in securing licenses, permits, certificates or other documents from government agencies we deal with.

8. Process and prepare transmittal or checklists for documents requested by other departments

9. Process and prepare requests of the Legal and Compliance Department from other departments

10. Other tasks that may be assigned by the Legal Manager from time to time.


Job Qualifications:

- Graduate of any 4-year course with at least 3-5 years of experience working in a law firm or legal department of a corporation; LLB is a plus;

- Can work independently or with a team;

- Has experience liaising, coordinating, and dealing with SEC, BIR, PAGCOR, AMLC, IPO, NPC, LGU, NLRC;

- Can draft simple letters and documents;

- Can do research work;

- Willing to do fieldwork;

- Willing to work in Taguig;
