General Responsibilities

Carry out the role of a Delegated Representative, operate within the role of the Engineer under the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant & Design-Build construction contract
Report directly to the Engineer’s Representative on any issues
Liaise with the Employer and Contractors as delegated under the construction contract
Prepare contracts and related documentation
Be responsible for the administration of the construction contracts
Be responsible for reviewing and response to all Notices and communications from the Contractors in accordance with the construction contract
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate of Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or other related discipline
Experience with large infrastructure projects with international teams
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience
Working knowledge of FIDIC contracts; strong in FIDIC contract interpretation with a commanding personality and accomplished writing skills
