Senior Manager, Human Resource
Job Requirements :
Work closely with Group Human Resources to provide value-added end-to-end talent acquisition by developing innovative recruitment strategies, building up talent pipeline & employer branding to support the business
Responsible for foreign workers matters, including manpower planning, submission of documents for foreign workers applications, renewal & cancellation of work permit, arrange workers for FOMEMA check-up and handle any disciplinary and grievances.
Work closely with Group Human Resources, and Plant Manager in recommending annual bonus, salary increments, promotion exercise and provide analysis/benchmarking with the necessary study and benchmark against market industry.
Ensure submission of input into the HRIS system is accurate and complete.
Conduct training needs analysis and recommend improvement programs to close competency gaps and building strong staff capabilities.
Engagement activities such as family day, annual dinner, sport days, breakfast engagement and etc.
Advise and conduct domestic inquiries with Group HR on issues relating to dismissal, disciplinary and misconducts.
To perform any other task and assignment as directed by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements :
At least Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent.
9 to 10 years working experience in Human Resources
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
Detail and goal-oriented, has the flexibility to deal with multiple priorities
Good knowledge of Malaysia employment legislation in Employment Act
Willing to work at Setiawan, Perak
