About The Role
We are looking for an experienced General VA responsible for providing full support to high-level management, a keen sense of direction, and proactiveness on tasks, can anticipate client needs leading to creating/ suggesting action items and tasks. Aside from providing administrative support, the General VA is also responsible for calendar management, meeting minutes, preparing email correspondence, drafting memos, scheduling appointments, and handling sensitive information. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, with good time management skills and work with minimal supervision.

What you'll be doing
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Track daily activities/tasks and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a general Virtual Assistant
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Experience with Hubspot or any CRM, word-processing software, spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) and Quickbooks, Shopify or Amazon
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills with the ability to communicate to clients
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Good communication skills; verbal and written
