Client Relation Associate

We are in need of a Client Relation Associate for Work on Site Arrangement

Qualifications:

·         Build relationships with key employees among brand partners

·         Create plans to address clients’ business needs

·         Schedules meetings and creates itineraries for clients

·         Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. CSDS, Executives, Operations Managers) to address brand partners' needs

·         A client-oriented attitude

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·         Problem-solving aptitude

·         Ability to work well with a team

·         BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, Tourism

·         Flexible on crazy work schedules..

·         Must be fully vaccinated

·         Can start ASAP
