Description:

Prepares monthly/daily work schedules (capacity plan), conducts daily toolbox meeting, and discuss safety concerns prior to dispatch of servicemen under him and sees to it that the schedules are followed Input the daily man-hours rendered to projects in SAP
Conducts regular performance checks of all the equipment in his area to check the condition and performance of the particular unit and makes recommendations necessary for its improvement and/or servicing system
Prepares all the materials and schedule of all approved repair services, reconstruction, and additional features requested by the client
Coordinates with other sections on matters pertaining to the proper maintenance of HVAC
Monitors all trouble calls in his area of responsibility and acts accordingly
Prepare quotations for all recommendations written in preventive maintenance and repair service reports
Implement the use of a work plan for monitoring each project
Conducts once or even twice rescue seminars for every project to teach them to know all the basic HVAC systems/methodology.
Provides all the necessary documents required by the client in order to release the payment like certification, attachment, warranty certificate, etc
Conducts annual checks on all hoisting ropes and overhauling brakes for all the projects with contracts, with or without request to monitor the status of the items
Establishes good and constant contact with the owner/owner's representative and entertains/proposes suggestions/recommendations necessary for the unit's operation improvement 12 Assists in the collection of billings
Trains his subordinates to ensure effective performance of their jobs
Promotes modernization scheme for old and outdated HVAC system
Implements safety measures at Jobsite
Performs other service-related tasks that may be required to carry out functions properly
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably licensed or with at least two (2) years of technical education
Preferably with experience in field engineering
Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English and Tagalog)
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and with strong leadership potential
Capable of negotiating effectively with prospective clients
