QA/ QC  Engineer /Executive

Job Description :

• Oversee the operation processes in the laboratory and ensure effective planning and execution of inspection and test activities.

• Manage a team of QA personnel in the daily QA operation and inspection activities of all processes.

• Ensure customer's quality requirements or internal specifications are being identified and complied inspection activities.

• Supervise subordinates job assigned and carry out appropriate training for Quality Department personnel or new staffs.

• Guide subordinates to respond effectively to customer's feedbacks / CAPA, follow up with quality metrics set in quality plan.

• Build and Embed Quality Awareness in Operations. Provide education to operation team on quality / compliance and procedure, ensure effectiveness of training and inspections.

• Liaise with external bodies on all matters related to quality and testing.

• Ensure delivery against Quality Assurance Department goals and objectives.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the superior or Management

Job Requirements :

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing field is required for this position.

• Possess strong knowledge, and experience or qualification in IATF 16949 is an advantage.

• Ability to work under minimum supervision, analytical and a good team player.

• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• Computer literate and with fair spoken & written English

• Willing to work at Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor
