Recruitment Background

A Factory manager will be hired for the purpose of strengthening on-site management capabilities.

Job Description

・Report to Director

・Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.

・Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.

・Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.

・Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.

・Preparing reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.

・Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.

・Production Control = supply chain (planning material control for supplies needed by production)

・People management of the Factory

Handling department: manufacturing, production control (supply chain), production engineering, quality, equipment, etc., who can manage (excluding GA and Accounting but including Long-term production plan, Recruitment plan, etc. Performance management >>> progress confirmation, instructions)

Management of over 10,000 staff, including improvement activities

Engineering graduate (preferably licensed or having a Masteral degree)

Factory Manager (or Senior Manager level)

Experience in a company with over 5,000 employees (automotive components industry is preferred)

Familiar with factory management, QC/QA, Production Control, and production technology who worked at a Japanese car manufacturer or parts manufacturer

Manufacturing department, production technology department, quality, equipment, etc.,

Interview: 1st : F to F with President; 2nd : Web with Japan HQ Executive
