SALES EXECUTIVE (BPO)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced BPO Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing relationships with customers, and closing deals.

You will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Manage relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Proven experience as a BPO sales representative or similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience developing opportunities in Australia, UK and USA .
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Aside form the basic salary plus commission.
