QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
Must be Certified Public Accountant
Has experience or has handled responsibilities pertaining to corporate taxation/tax related transactions in a construction company
Assignment will be at Makati head office.
Willing to work overtime especially on month end and closing data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares invoices and ensure immediate distribution to clients.
Input invoices and official receipts in the system -IAAS2.
Reconciles AR Ledger balances against Trial Balance and against system generated Billing Receipts Report.
Monitor All-Risk Insurance, Surety Bonds, Waiver, PEZA Certificates, Application for Zero Rating, and CWT Certificates.
Issue Debit Notes to Suppliers and Sub Contractors (AR-Others) and monitor collection
