Full Job Description

JOB DUTIES

• Develop a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts and defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
• Setup payments and manage investors.
• Manage entries and redemption notices.
• Prepare and send invoices and receipts
• Ability to carry out bank reconciliations, producing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
• Daily invoicing and bill processing.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Payroll processing.
• Data entry.
• Occasional travel may be required for this position.
• Perform other related duties as required.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• Experience in Xero is preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting processes would be beneficial.
• Must have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
• Excellent organisational skills and can effectively prioritise workload.
• Can deal with complexity and report research results.
• Keen to details, confidentiality, and thoroughness towards the work.
• Excellent communication, mathematical, and analytical skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and a team player.

AU SHIFT: 8AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
