PROJECT MANAGER (ARCHITECTURAL)
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities
• Assist the architect and in projects undertaken by company
• Prepare design proposal, layout plans and material board for presentation to clients
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication skills and MUST be able to meet demanding work schedules and having skills including the ability to multi-task
• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Monitor the project schedule and progress of work of consultants and other relevant parties.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
• Experienced with tender submission (e-perolehan etc.), proposal, documentation and CPM
• Leads & Liaise with the architectural/project team with respect to cost and time constraints and solutions.
• Manages drawing development including detailing, quality control, and overseeing drawing support staff
• Any other tasks as and when assigned.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in design/Architectural, with a focus on project management
• Able to use BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and other related software.
• Previous experience in the architectural line or construction industry and/or related field preferred.
• Able to prepare working drawings, construction details, detailed drawings
• Able to prepare technical drawings, Tender drawing for client’s submissions.
• Able to handle authority submissions (BOMBA)
• Possess own transport
• Must be willing to travel / outstation / working overtime.
• Excellent verbal communication
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
• Excellent technical drawing skills.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite,, etc.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
