Project Engineer or Architect

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
 

Act as the representative of the owner and design architect and conduct project inspection everyday.

Perform quality inspections for all specified materials and check its proper installations from structural preparations up to architectural finishes.

Submit monthly report to the owner, architect as well as progress report and percentage completion of the project.

Preside on weekly coordination meeting to discuss all problems encountered on site.

Implement GMI S.O.P at site. Evaluate progress billings and change orders.

Must keep record of all instructions by owner, architect and or structural engineer and the like.

To check/inspect standard performance or quality of work by the contractor.
