QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• Preparation and summaries of all measured works.
• Maintain all MEPF QS documents and logs/registers applicable
• Co-ordinate with all departments as required for the execution of the Project.
• Measure and take off quantities for MEPF work elements
• Accountable for preparing realistic, adaptable and accurate initial budget estimate and cash flow projections,
• Conducts quantity take-off and estimate on various stages of the project including but not limited to :

1. Square Cost Estimate

2. Schematic Design Estimate

3. Conceptual Design Estimate

4. Design Development Estimate

5. Definitive Office Estimate

6. Detailed Bill of Quantities

7. Value Engineering

• Works collaboratively with colleagues and other trades to ensure the highest standards of services to clients.
• Attends team meetings and contributes relevant ideas
• Uphold standards by adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer or an Engineering course.
• Must know the following: ACAD or any estimating software, QTO and estimates, tendering, evaluation, and processing of contractor's progress billing and variation orders, final account and contract administration.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City
• With experienced in fit-out construction is a must
• Can start immediately
