Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and administer overall Occupational Safety and Health policies, procedures to comply with regulations such as Department Safety and Health (DOSH)
  2. Responsible for the adherence of Safety & Health policies and responsible for the implementation of an effective Occupational Safety & Health Management Plan proactive measures to reduce hazards at the project sites and prevent the possibility of future occurrences of incidences and accidents
  3. Manage and support improvement programs, identify and evaluate workplace risks and assessment (HIRARC)
  4. Maintain reports of industrial accidents and determine root issues for management issues.
  5. Conduct OSH awareness training and Safety Health training.
  6. Conduct inspection and safety audit plan.
  7. Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

 

Requirements:

  1. Must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma / Degree (Environmental/ Health/ Safety) or equivalent discipline
  2. Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH Malaysia, is a green book holder
  3. At least 5 years of working experience in safety related activities in construction industry
  4. Willing to work at Tembila, Terengganu
