Job Specifications:

Senior Accounts

• Direct and review the journal entry process including adjustments and reconciliation.
• Manage the company’s cash (self-financed) to ensure obligations are met in a timely, cost-effective manner while balancing the operating needs of the company
• To prepare an application for requisition/renewal of banking facilities and corporate guarantee update.
• Spearhead and oversee month-end and year-end closing and appropriate direct adjustments.
• Work directly in preparing the corporate financial statements and required regulatory and compliance reports.
• Oversee the management of GL Maintenance, Cash Management, Internal & External Audit Control, AR/AP, gross margin reporting analysis, and inventory tracking/control systems.
• Develop and generate gross margin reports, inventory tracking/control, analyze variance reports/forecast, and other operating and financial report progress as directed and deemed necessary.
• Participate in corporate strategic planning sessions and provide advice and counsel to senior management with regard to all financial and accounting operations.
• Responsible for supervision and management of the departmental personnel and required to provide motivation, evaluate overall performance
• Responsible for compliance with relevant accounting and reporting standards and legal requirements
• Any other ad-hoc as assigned

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience & Good GAAP knowledge.
• Experience in Tax Audit knowledge is an added advantage.
• Experience in housing development account knowledge is an added advantage
