Job Description:
• Handle admin tasks such as filing, generating reports, scheduling meetings, and
ordering supplies.
• Respond to emails, manage calendars, transcribe minutes from meetings, and
prepare presentation reports.
• Make travel arrangements or booking flights as well as making hotel and restaurant
reservations.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party.
Qualifications:
• Has 1-3 years of work experience
• A college graduate
• Preferably with experience in dealing with foreign clients
• Has good communication skills
• Attentive to details
• Can work under pressure
• Has a strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work in a flexible schedule
• Amenable to work in an office-based setup
