  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Marketing, Business Management or its equivalent. b. Experience related At least two (2) years experience as Events Coordinator and Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and Negotiation skills
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Organize and attend sales and marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
  • Assists in events planning for each event, including budgeting. Monitoring against plan.
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every event.
  • Event concept creation e.g. themes, messages, purpose, refreshments, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining the department’s budget and ensures all marketing activities are cost-effective.
  • Assists and works with other departments to establish budget and marketing objectives.
  • Assists and coordinates organization of all materials needed to be shipped to an event before scheduled time.
  • Ensures all audio visual elements e.g. PPT slides are created and tested in advance.
  • Assists in booking of companies for events and digital booth exhibits.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
