JUNIOR GRAPHIC ARTIST

WILLING TO WORK AT BUCAL CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA

The Junior Graphic Designer is an integral part of the Creative Team and will be required to create graphic design for clothing & apparel. The Junior Graphic Artist will be highly creative with a strong attention to detail. The ability to consistently produce designs for clothing, promotional content. The role will involve pattern resizing based on the size chart and printer operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
✅ Accurately perform clothing pattern resizing based on the size chart.
✅ Ensure correct placement and size of logos and designs on the clothing pattern.
✅ Develop embroidery program for embroidery machine
✅ Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand. ✅ Use the appropriate color palette, font and layouts for each graphic assigned.
✅ Work with the senior graphic designer, marketing manager and production personnel to ensure seamless operations.
✅ Maintain and operate wide format printers.
✅ Perform test print to ensure design and color accuracy.
✅ Amend designs and ability to accept feedback and criticism.
✅ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing to clients.
✅ Proper documentation of task, files and assets.

Qualifications:
✅ Responsible, assertive, diligent & trustworthy
✅ Experience in sublimation and t-shirt printing
✅ Skills in graphic design and illustration
✅ Excellent skills with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
✅ Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
✅ A keen eye for details
