Description:

Have to ability to analyze and monitor communication platforms, ensuring they are working in concert with each other.
Responsible to create content for our campaigns and manage the workflows associated with those communications.
Document communication strategies and help set benchmarks for each campaign, ensuring they are working at the best performance while not interfering with each other.
Understand our technology systems, to control the platforms we use internally.
Launch scheduled campaigns in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures.
Ability to analyze and communicate the on campaigns.
Evaluate needs, with leaders, on strategies and programs in order to provide feedback.
Provide feedback and recommendations on dialer/campaign changes to support contact rates and other key performance indicators.
