QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors / College Degree Holder; Business Management, Engineering or equivalent – Civil Engineer & Electronics Engineer
  • At least three (3) years of work experience is required for this position.
  • Trainings: COSH Project Management
  • Physically fit
  • Must possess leadership and supervisory skills
  • Capable of doing Project Management
  • Must have a good Project Management skills
  • Must be customer – oriented, flexible, driven and resourceful
  • Can handle multi-tasking job
  • Willing to work long hours
  • Willing to travel for business related matters
  • With knowledge in project planning and evaluation

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Client / Supplier / Contractor Coordinator
  • Finalized the quotation included in the project
  • Discuss the pre project agreement to the client
  • Request payment for contractor
  • Request allowance / cash advance for project implementation
  • Monitor the delivery
  • Provide project schedule to identify when each task to be performed
  • Track & report on project milestone and provide a status report
  • Project planning in all aspects
