Senior Ballet Teacher

The Ballet Academy (TBA) is looking for qualified teachers who are experienced, passionate and committed to developing students’ interest and skills in dance and nurturing them holistically to reach their full potential as dancers, in a full-time or part-time capacity.

Job Description/Requirements

• RAD teaching certificate in ballet and/or its equivalent
• At least 4 years of teaching experience
• Demonstrate strong motivation to coach and develop fellow teachers
• Have good people skills
• Able to plan and execute engaging and effective lessons
• The ability to teach other dance genres would be a bonus
• Possess good work ethics, attitude, and a growth mindset with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Strong and effective communicator
• Able to choreograph dance items
