Job Description

Achieve sales targets with a good level of responsibility and positive attitude
Manage a team of staff to promote and carry out the company’s services
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Attract new and retain existing customers
To provide professional beauty advice on treatments and products
Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints
In charge of the outlet’s stock inventory
Administer and plan staff rosters, operations reporting and other paperwork promptly and accurately

Qualification:

Must be Bachelor’s Degree in Management related course

Preferably at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the beauty or customer service industry

Sales oriented, able to achieve and outperform sales targets & tasks.

Well-groomed and good attitude.

Passionate in the beauty industry

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good team player and Computer illiterate

Able to communicate in both English and Tagalog

Can start ASAP
