Responsibilities

Responsible for merchant acquisition and corporate/club tie-ups
Source for advertisers and sponsors; assist with sponsorship requests
Assist with planning and implementation of promotions
Manage corporate gift and voucher inventories
Handle feedback and general queries; liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure resolution of customer complaints
Provide support for events and frontline operations
