Conveyancing Clerk

Job Description

• To prepare Sale and Purchase agreement and loan documentation for sub-sale transaction;
• To monitor and complete the sub-sale transaction from beginning until the end;
• To assist lawyer to prepare & handle all related to conveyancing matters;
• Other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm;

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM;
• Minimum of 2 years related working experience;
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply;
• Able to work under minimum supervision meet a tight deadline;
• Able to work in Puchong, Selangor;
• Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel;
• Willing to learn;
• Responsible and diligent.
