1. Degree in Business Management or a Master's in Business Administration or any related course.
2. Preferably with experience in a Landbase Recruiment Agency.

4. The position will handle business compliance matters, covering business contracts and labor relations, and ensure organizational legal matters are managed properly and efficiently.
5. Maintains a deep understanding of the company’s contract templates, contract policy, legal risk and liability, and company position on various matters.
6. Prepares contracts for internal review and approval, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws or regulations.
7. The company drives the contract lifecycle in both "standard" and "template" agreements for recurring business transactions and general contractual agreements involving the company, from drafting to completion of the negotiation process, provision of legal guidance, and/or contract execution.
8. Oversees the contract change control process and any related correspondence that requires legal input.
