Job Requirements:

✅ Basic Salary MYR7,000-MYR8,000

✅ Female candidates are preferred

✅ Below 35 years old

✅ Willing to work at UAE, Dubai.

✅ Candidates possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate                 Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Business Studies or equivalent.

✅ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR related functions

✅ Good communication, interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, flexible

✅ Proficient and trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential matters

✅ Good computer literacy

✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and able to motivate others

✅ Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin

✅ Team player with good problem-solving skill, result driven and proactive quality

 

Role & Responsibilities:

✅ Progress for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees based on a previous assessment of the profile and skills required in the company.

✅ Manage all Recruitment needs thought effective manpower planning and recruiting strategies.

✅ Manage compensation and development programs for the company's employees comprising trainings, skill assessment and yearly evaluations.

✅ Generate monthly payroll report with different currency (AED convert to MYR/SG Dollar)

✅ Developing and maintaining Attendance Management System.

✅ Developing and Monitoring  Leave Management System.

✅ Promotion by appraisal form from superiors and preparation of letter offer for promoted vacancies in the workplace.

✅ Analyse, formulate and implement departmental reporting and communication system to enhance the effectiveness of the department.

✅ Develop, implement, and manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs.

✅ Developing structure, organization chart, work culture, and align with mission and vision for the company.

✅ Keep up to date with HR legislation, before providing suitable solutions and interpretation to Management.

✅ Oversee training need analysis and prepare training annual plan accordingly.

✅ Drive continuous improvement on human resources policies and procedures to all departments.

✅ Organize and lead the company events / activities.

✅ Provide guidance, training, monitor the ongoing job of the supporting staffs.

✅ To call for departmental meeting as and when is required.

✅ To oversee the overall departmental operation job authorities.

✅ Execute training programs as and when required and update of individual training records.

✅ To control budget for stationery item, printer etc.

✅ Ensure overall office building/facilities/equipment is well maintained.

✅ Ensure all company vehicles are maintained in good conditions.

✅ To undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the management from time to time.
