JOBS REQUIREMENTS:

Willing to work in Bagong Ilog Pasig City
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as HR Staff with training and development experience.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Business Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Manage all facet of HR Department ( Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Employee Relation)
Screening candidates, interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies.
Administers government mandated and company-initiated benefits such as computation of SSS sickness and Maternity Benefits of employees, Pagibig and SSS Salary Loan, Philhealth benefits, Accident Insurance and HMO healthcard.
Preparation of monthly remittances of salary loan and contributions to SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth.
Monitoring of the available sick leave and vacation leave of employees
Assist in the preparation of payroll. Validates employee timesheets or time cards and overtime authorization forms.
Assist in Training and Development
