JOB TYPE : Full-time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Law, HR or any related discipline
• Prefer MALE
• 1-3 years of working experience preferably in HR/IR Administration & Management

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Good analytical thinking, leadership skills, decisive and good  interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong written and presentation skills will be essential to operate in a high profile environment with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Mature and quick thinking for decision making
• Ability to prioritize and identify potential issues with good problem solving
• Extensive knowledge in strategic and operational HR function with emphasis in industrial and employee relation as well employee engagement
• Extensive knowledge and conversant in Labour Laws particularly the Employment Act 1955 & Regulations, Industrial Relations Act 1967 and Trade Unions Act
