Lead Generator Executive

The Position: 

Info-Tech is a fast-growing HR software company, headquartered in Singapore with regional offices in Malaysia, Hong Kong, India and Australia. We are growing really fast!  We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team at Info-Tech Malaysia.

Responsibilities:
•    To contact targeted customers to promote or upgrade products or services.
•    Keep records of calls and sales, and note useful information in an organized fashion.
•    To handle any customer concerns and inquiries.
•    To achieve monthly sales target given.
•    Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Qualifications:
•    Candidates with SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent in related field.
•    Preferably experienced Telemarketing Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
•    Discipline, self-motivated and independent.
•    Must possess good communication skills.
•    Computer literate for MS-Office.
•    Excellent command in written and spoken English, Malay, and  Mandarin. Candidates who speaks Cantonese is an added advantage.
