Operations Manager

• Candidate must have experience in International / Local Manpower Agency      
• Can manage Employees, Business Development, Recruitment to Deployment and Contract Negotiations
• Develop strategies in managing the office and employees.
• Contribute to process and workflow improvements
• Familiar / with experience in the Phil. Labor Law. 

Qualifications: 
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• With at least 2-3years of related experience 
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills 
• Strong organizational management skills 
• Strong problem solving skills
