Description:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to Managing director on his day to day tasks.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Replying emails or calling to banks & relevant agencies.
Maintain strict confidentiality at all levels.
Run errands as requested
Perform with initiative and responsibility to complete tasks assigned and identify/resolve issues proactively.
Perform general secretarial duties along with liaising with internal and external parties.
To improve business processes relating to making the company director more productive, efficient, and effective.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Fresh grad are encouraged to apply.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in business, marketing, finance or other related field of study.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
