Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Leads, manage and make team accountable for all the tasks assigned;
2. Deliver volume and yields targets agreed while remaining focused on relationship building with internal and external clients;
3. Manage sales pipeline and accurate forecasting;
4. Monitor performance and against KPI and take corrective action where necessary;
5. Deliver analytical report for the sales progression review;
6. Manage holistically all agents under the team such as on performances, work compliance, behavior and others;
