Job Description

  • Monitoring payments of Condominium properties, Follow up on tenants with arrears
  • Screen prospective tenants in databases
  • Find a potential tenants online and assist for viewing
  • Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions
  • Maintenance and Repairs of Vacant Units
  • Prepare unit requirements for move in and move out of tenant

1. Cleaning grease trap, aircon, and general cleaning of unit for pre-move in

2. Check appliances, lights, windows, etc. for pre-move in

3. Check appliance, lights, windows, etc for pre-move out

  • Prepare necessary documents (gatepass, workpermit, etc) in advance
  • Liaise or make follow ups with tradespeople or vendors
  • Ensure communications are all responded on a timely manner

Company Requirements:

  • Degree in office admin, business administration or any related course
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role or background in customer service or sales in a BPO environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google apps
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Willing to learn and open to do administrative work
  • Has great attention to detail
  • Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00am to 5:00pm
